By downloading, installing, or using the Sukat mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sukat ("we," "our," or "us"), a software application developed in the Philippines. By accepting, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Sukat is an AI-powered wardrobe and daily outfit suggestion application. The Service allows you to:

Important: Outfit suggestions generated by Sukat are recommendations only. They are based on AI analysis of your wardrobe, preferences, and style data, and do not constitute professional styling, fashion, or personal advice. You retain full discretion over what you choose to wear.

To use Sukat, you must create an account using a valid email address and password.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.

Your Content, Your Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos, data, and content you upload to Sukat ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Sukat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

What You May Upload

You may only upload content you own or have the right to use — specifically, photos of clothing and accessories in your own wardrobe.

What You May Not Upload

Sukat uses artificial intelligence for outfit recommendations, colour season analysis, and virtual try-on. By using these features, you acknowledge:

All content, design, code, branding, and materials within the Sukat app and website — excluding your User Content — are owned by or licensed to Sukat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"Sukat," the diamond logo mark, and associated brand assets are trademarks of Sukat. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of our intellectual property.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and apps, including fashion stores, social media platforms, and affiliate partners. These are provided for convenience only.

We have no control over third-party content, privacy practices, or terms, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your interactions with third parties. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use.

Service Provided "As Is"

Sukat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Liability for AI Outputs

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated outfit recommendations, colour season analysis, or virtual try-on results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sukat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Sukat in the 12 months preceding the claim, or PHP 500, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
